Catalog Upgrades
Website Profiles (Found in: Update Web Catalog Pricing)
You may have noticed at the beginning of the
quarter, when you logged in as administrator,
the system asked you to fill out a profile for your
company. This information included your primary
wholesaler, and any contracts (flyers or quarterly
pricing) that you carry from that wholesaler. If you
carry multiple wholesalers, you will need be sure the
information for those wholesalers is correct as well,
and filled out in the order that you wish them to appear
in your online catalog. For those customers who did not
fill out this information, we have taken the time to do
so for you. However, in the future, you will need
to submit this information each quarter in order to
update your pricing. Please take a moment
to go to the Pricing Maintenance link and view both the
Master Products Maintenance and the Wholesaler Programs
& Catalogs links to ensure the information we have put
in there is correct. If it is not, please resubmit
this information and we will have it posted on your
website by the next business day.
This area is designed to replace the Pricing Update
Complete sheet that is sent to you via email each
quarter, and will give you real time information
about what is loaded into your website. These features will allow you to see
and edit what is loaded in your website without having
to call us for this information.
If you carry customized pricing in your contract
columns, you will also need to make sure this
information is included when you fill out or edit your
profile (for example HON minus 40 percent).
You may fill out the information for an upcoming
quarter no
sooner than 7 days prior the beginning of the
quarter.
Standard Contracts Upgrade
Another feature we are introducing this
week is an addition to the Standard Contracts link found
in Pricing Maintenance. You will now be able to assign
individual Flyers to any or all of your accounts from
this area without having to go into each account to turn
on your quarterly (column) or special pricing.
You will also be able to create a
description to a Contract which will appear in the
Account Detail area instead of the existing text of: Contract 1,
Contract 2, etc. If you carry the Biggest Book, for
example, you will fill out the description area for that
Contract column with Biggest Book. This will enable you
to see what the contract (promotional) columns
contain without having to look it up, making setting up
and maintaining your customer accounts easier for you.

Office Pros e-Content Update
New e-Content is coming soon for Office Pros users to
fix
the problems with the pictures in the online Catalog. We
will keep you posted as anything happens with our
Automatic Messaging System (AMS).
Automatic Messaging
System (AMS)
Beginning this week, we have inserted an
automatic messaging system into each of our customer
websites. Once you log in as administrator, any
information we need to let you know will pop up--similar
to the Welcome message your customers see on your
website. Only you, the
administrator, can see these messages, your customers
cannot. We have
implemented this system in order to keep our equality
customers informed about the goings on with the company
in a more timely manner, including information about
upgrades and our company.
Newsletters will no longer
be sent via email. If we put out a new issue, we will
provide a link to it with the messaging system. You will
be then directed to the Newsletter link in your
Administration Manual where it will be stored to read at
your leisure.
