Have we heard from you lately?
This month and through the summer, eQuality is targeting its focus onto our customers needs. With all the upgrades in the last year, some eQuality users may not be up to speed on changes that have taken place. Latest email and anti-spam technology upgrade.
Last week, we installed the latest upgrade from Ipswich, and of course, we immediately began having problems with our email system. We apologize to all of our customers for this inconvenience, but all the bugs have been worked out and we have been problem free since Monday afternoon. Once the email was working properly, we then put the new anti-spam technology online. WARNING: this new software is intuitive, and has the ability to learn (so they say). It is also very robust, so if you have any problem receiving email from legitimate sources, email whiltelist@equalityis.com with the email address having problems and we will exclude them from out anti-spam checks.

Updated manual is now online.
A redesigned administrator's manual was put online May 4th. This includes a new FAQ section and a New Features page with information on all of the new upgrades since March.

QuickBooks Integration
Beta-testers are need for our QuickBooks integration project. eQuality Internet has been working with an Intuit certified vendor for several months on this project, and we are ready to begin testing. All beta-testers will be required to purchase a $299 import program to participate. There will be no price increase from us for this new feature, but we highly recommend the $100 per year support contract for this product.
In the demonstration we were given this week, this new product worked very well. It is very configurable. Dealers can import orders as sales receipts, invoices, or estimates. New accounts are automatically added to QuickBooks , and so are all products that are not in QuickBooks already.
