SPECIAL NOTICE:
eQuality Customer Upgrade
We are please to announce that system upgrades will be uploaded onto our
web sites in the coming weeks. These are features which customers have
said would be the most useful to them. Two major changes to you websites
will be a Order History, and a improved On Sale area.
Order history will
now be available on the websites. Customers will simply login and click
on the My Lists link, and a link will be provided to View Previous Orders.
Both customers and administrators will enjoy the ability to access old
orders to review past purchases. Please be
sure to print and delete your orders in Order Administration
EVERYDAY until the upgrade is completed, as
ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELETED AT THE TIME OF
UPGRADE. It is very important for you to keep your orders
current during this transition, and we appreciate your help.
The new On Sale area will
be similar in format to creating shopping lists. Administrators will now
be able to create multiple on sale pages, with the ability to name each
page, and feature unique sale items on each page. Because of the
sensitivity with this upgrade,
ALL CURRENT SPECIALS PAGES WILL BE DELETED, AND
ALL ON SALE PAGES WILL HAVE TO BE
REDONE BY YOU. We apologize
for the inconvenience to you this upgrade brings, but these newest
features are two of the most requested features made by our customers.
In the long run, this effort made by you will be rewarded by these great
improvements to your websites.
Our online Administration Manual will include the new features by the
time the upgrade is loaded onto the websites. Please feel free to refer
to it to learn these newest features.
We appreciate your patience during this time.
