December 2005

December Upgrade
We will be running upgrades on all eQuality websites during the week of December 26th thru December 30th. Watch for changes on your website; any information pertaining to your administrative features will be added to the eQuality Administration Manual at the time we run the upgrade under the link: Newest Upgrade Features.

Pricing for 2006---PLEASE READ
We will be implementing pricing updates for 2006 at the beginning of the year. Please take a moment to review the types of promotions currently loaded into your websites, to ensure that the newest pricing loaded into your promotional columns at the beginning of the year is up to date.

Beginning December 31st, you will be able to update your files from your website automatically. You will find this feature in your Pricing link, and more information about this will be found in your online Administration manual under Newest Upgrade Features. This feature and how to use it will be available for you to learn about BEFORE this new feature is implemented.

Also, please take the time at the beginning of the year to review our email to you containing the codes you have loaded into your website labeled: Pricing Update Complete to ensure the promotions loaded into your website are accurate.

Rebates and Promotions Upgrade
In order for eQuality customers to remain competitive in today's market without increasing costs, we have been working on creating a more efficient Rebates and Promotions area on the websites. The Rebates and Promotions area will now features catalog products that these special savings pertain to, along with the ability for customers to be able to purchase these items directly from this section of the catalog.

Not only that, but these special offers have now been integrated into the website, so that anytime one of these products are brought up, a link or links appear with these special offers for your customers. The nicest part of this feature, is the dealers don't need to do anything, but continue to provide for their customers they way they always have. This feature brings savings directly to the consumer, giving them even more reasons why they should shop on your website.

Currently, 3M is the only manufacturer available on the websites, but we are working diligently to bring in more manufacturers with these offers to your websites. We hope both you and your customers will enjoy this latest catalog feature.
