March Catalog Upgrades
All eQuality customer websites have been
upgraded (free-of-charge) this past week. Once you login
as administrator, you will immediately notice a change
in your administrative links. Gone are both the Pricing
and Customize links, instead you will find those
features in the new Pricing Maintenance link.
In addition to these tried and true
features, we have added even more to your website. Once
you open Pricing Maintenance, you will be given a list
of the following links:
Product Maintenance:
(formerly the Pricing link): new
location, same features.
Standard Contracts:
You can view (up to 10,000 items) and edit items in your
contracts. You can also view and edit items selling at
list price on those contracts.
Specials Maintenance:
(on sale page) you will now only have the option to have
ONE on sale page and here is where you will edit it.
SPR Picture Upgrade:New
high-quality pictures for the SPR 2006 catalog products
have been introduced with this upgrade.
Accounts:
We have added two
more search formats to the main Accounts area. In
addition to sorting your account numbers, you will also
be able to look up accounts by using the account number
or description.
We have also changed
some of the wording in the account detail screen.
Instead of some options reading True or False, they now
read Yes or No. The Promotional Pricing area of this
screen has been renamed to Standard Contract Pricing and
the Promo Columns 1-10 will now show as Contract 1-10.
(You will soon have the ability to rename these columns
to reflect the promotion or flyer loaded into that
column in the Standard Contracts area of the Pricing
Maintenance Link.)
Product Search Upgrade
Gilbert decided that our upgrade
needed just one more thing: an improved search for your
websites.
The
improved keyword search is one of the features that has
been most requested by our eQuality customers. We hope
you find the search is better and easier for you and
your customers to use. We would like to thank our
customers for their input about this, and for their
patience while waiting for Gilbert to get it ready to go
live on your websites.
Rebates & Promotions Upgrade
Now when you
click on the Rebates & Promotions tab, a list of all
products that have a rebate or promotion available for
it will be listed. As well as the
upgrade to the Rebates and Promotions tab, all rebate
and promotions have been fully integrated into your
online catalog. This means that when a customer does any
kind of search, if a product with a rebate or promotion
comes up in the results, the offer is listed.
Your customers will now be
able to take advantage of the great rebates and
promotions manufacturers offer, and this new feature
enables eQuality customers a new way to offer savings to
their customers. The best part
is that you will not have to do anything in order for
your customers to be able to take advantage of these
great offers. We do it for you as a part of your
service.
3M
is currently the only manufacturer available in the
rebates and promotions area, but we will be actively
seeking more to add to this area now that the page has
been upgraded and these offers have been integrated into
your website.
