Upgrade Ready for Release!
We are pleased to announce that the final
phase of our Free 2006 Upgrade is set for release this
month. We will be including features such as:
-Multiple Ship To's
-Customizable Tax rates and delivery charges
-Enhanced Custom Item Features
-"Piggyback" items
-And More...
We will be notifying all
of our customers via the messaging system of when the
upgrade takes place. Thank you so much to all of our
customers who helped us with beta testing our upgrades
before they were released. Your feedback was important
in making the new Upgrades as trouble free as possible!
A Notice about Upgrades
The forthcoming upgrade to your websites signals the end
of an era for eQuality Internet. Beginning in 2007, we
will begin development of an entirely new catalog for
release by 2008. We will be featuring new software and
other more current programs in order to keep up with the
latest technology available. Although the features you
have come to know and love will still be part of our new
design, we anticipate offering even more to our
customers as far as features and functionality.
We would like to extend an invitation to our current
customers to let us know about some of the features they
would like to see added to their online catalogs. Please
submit your ideas to our
Suggestion Box found here or on the
main page of your online administration manual.
We appreciate your
business, and our goal is to make your online catalog
the best and most affordable system around!

4th Quarter has begun!
Did you remember to review your
cost program codes and make necessary changes for the
new quarter??
Your wholesaler does not notify us when these
changes are made....so it is up to you to keep us up to
date on your codes using our On Demand system.
You can find what we have loaded into your website by
going to Pricing Maintenance>>Master Products
Maintenance to see the wholesaler(s) and program codes
we have loaded into your website. You can also view the
flyers we have loaded into your site by going to Pricing
Maintenance>>Standard Contract Management.
In addition, we ask that
you submit any account or login information needed to on
obtain your information if you are an SP Richards or a
United Stationers customer. This enables us to access
your information faster and with more accuracy.

New Product Numbers
As you may already know, some
6000+ items in your online catalog are affected by the
industry standardization scheduled to take effect in
January 2007. In anticipation of this, we will be
informing your customers as they browse your online
catalog that numbers that are affected by this have
changed, and also give them the new product number for
their items. We are hoping our efforts to get this
information on your websites make this transition as
smooth as possible for you and your customers. |
